Service scope and acceptance
A clear scope.
A clear agreement.
The pilot starts only after both parties agree a written order naming the service provider, customer, scope and delivery date. Viewing this page does not place an order.
Service provider: Mark Abram trading as Haverden Intelligence, a UK sole trader.
Business correspondence and service address: 8 Welbeck Close, Burgess Hill, West Sussex, RH15 0AU, United Kingdom.
1. Scope and delivery
The one-off pilot covers one agreed company profile: territory, service types, preferred contract scale, capability evidence and disclosed pipeline exclusions. The complete pilot comprises five distinct new-to-client public opportunities, a two-page maximum detailed assessment of the strongest candidate and a 20-minute handover or written Q&A. One correction/replacement round is included.
Each record includes official evidence checked at delivery, procurement stage, response route, exact deadline and time zone, value basis or explicit unknown, fit rationale and unresolved issues. The two-page brief is a notice-level assessment: verified facts, relevance, uncertainties and a dated action plan, with up to two relevant public history sources where accessible. Full tender-pack review, eligibility certification and specialist advice are excluded. The proposed delivery period is ten working days after feasibility is confirmed and the agreed profile and required inputs are received; the actual date is agreed in writing.
2. Acceptance criteria
A record fails if it is expired, withdrawn, duplicated in the disclosed pipeline, outside the written profile or dependent only on unverified secondary evidence. Duplicate notices and amendments are not separate procurements. Material uncertainty preventing the agreed fit assessment must be resolved or replaced before billing. The detailed brief must satisfy the agreed scope before full-pilot acceptance.
3. Review and correction
The customer has five working days to explicitly accept record IDs or explain a rejection against the agreed criteria. Silence is not acceptance. Deficient work is corrected or replaced within five working days, or its charge is withdrawn.
4. Fees and payment
The complete pilot costs £250 total. Mark Abram trading as Haverden Intelligence is not VAT-registered. No VAT is charged. No upfront payment, subscription or renewal applies. The unit fee is £50 per explicitly accepted record. The deeper brief and handover are included with the completed five-record pilot. If fewer than five can be supplied, the customer may cancel without charge or explicitly agree a reduced scope at £50 per accepted record. No unilateral fee applies to an incomplete pilot.
Accepted work is invoiced on proposed seven-calendar-day terms by existing bank transfer. The supplier is Mark Abram trading as Haverden Intelligence. Actual customer and payment particulars must be agreed before an invoice is issued. We issue ordinary invoices, not VAT invoices. A sample or introductory conversation carries no fee.
5. Responsibilities and boundaries
The customer supplies accurate capability information, existing pipeline exclusions and lawfully accessed documents where needed. The service does not include portal registration, expressions of interest, buyer contact, bid writing or submission. The customer retains its procurement and bid decisions.
Public sources remain public. There is no guarantee of exclusivity, eligibility, buyer consent, appointments, awards, savings or revenue. Research and drafting may be AI-assisted; evidence, judgement and limitations are identified. Confidential client information must not be shared beyond an agreed processing arrangement.
6. Corrections, questions and formal terms
Service questions, objections and complaints may be sent to enquiries@haverdenintelligence.co.uk or the business correspondence address above. The written order must identify both parties, scope, timetable, price and agreed terms, including confidentiality, applicable law and liability arrangements, before paid work begins. Haverden is a trading name of the individual sole trader identified above, not a separate limited company. No order is accepted through this page.
